Perfect timing on this post -- I was just looking today for something along these lines. I ended up with a trial of iShowU which I found fairly easy to use as well. No time limit on the demo, but it does display a huge overlay nag-line on the video output reminding you to register. I’ll have to give screen mimic a shot.
